## Versatile and Powerful

PT Magic's ability to alter Profit Trailer settings based on market conditions is extremely versatile, and in the right hands, it can be **very powerful**. With PT Magic you are **not limited to three market conditions**, arbitrarily defined by a simple 24-hour trend. You can create as many Global Settings as you can imagine, and use **any combination of trends** across **any combination of time-frames**.

PT Magic's ability to alter Profit Trailer settings based on market conditions is extremely versatile. Unlike PT's Auto-Config Switcher, with PT Magic you are **not limited to three market conditions**, arbitrarily defined by a simple 24-hour trend. You can create as many Global Settings as you can imagine, and use **any combination of trends** across **any combination of time-frames**.

You can define **a variety of time-frames**, such as 15-minutes, 1-hour, 6-hours, 24-hours, 3-days, 30-days, etc. And PT Magic can trigger settings based on changes in any **combination of those time-frames**. For example, if multiple short-term trends are down, but the longer-term trends are up, you might switch to an "IncomingBear" strategy to make buying new pairs more difficult. If the trends across all your timeframes are negative, you might switch to a "SuperBear" strategy that only DCAs. If multiple timeframes are ranging between -1% and +1%, you might switch to a "Sideways" strategy to by and sell more easily, on smaller movements. Or, if the long-term trends are negative, but the short-term trends are positive, you might switch to a "BullTrap" or "IncomingBull" strategy which buys and sells more conservatively until the trend becomes clear.
